In-Game Service: All in-game materials such as items, skins, characters, gold bars (in-game currency), and similar digital assets shall hereinafter be referred to as the In-Game Service under this Agreement.

Parties

1) Marketplace

The marketplace operating under the domain www.Niecegames.com, which acts as an intermediary between Buyers and Sellers for all In-Game Services, including but not limited to items, skins, characters, gold bars (in-game currency), and similar digital assets, shall hereinafter be referred to as the Marketplace.

2) Seller

Any third party or parties who create promotional listings containing information and images regarding In-Game Services such as items, characters, gold bars (in-game currency), and similar digital assets and offer them to customers through the Marketplace shall hereinafter be referred to as the Seller.

3) Buyer

Any person or persons who receive In-Game Services such as items, characters, gold bars (in-game currency), and similar digital assets through the Marketplace shall hereinafter be referred to as the Buyer.

SELLER

1.

The Seller acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that if the listed In-Game Service is sold, payment will not be transferred until the Buyer receives delivery. The Seller may request a return one hour after delivering the item to the Marketplace if they do not wish to wait.

2.

The Seller acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that the listed In-Game Service belongs to the correct category and server, that all information written in the listing description and comments is accurate, that the characteristics of the In-Game Service are identical to those shown in the uploaded photographs, and that all features described are complete and accurate.

3.

Once the Seller lists an In-Game Service for sale on the Marketplace, the relationship and responsibility between the Marketplace and the Seller begin. The Seller acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that from the moment of listing until the item is sold, they have not used a proxy to access the Marketplace, have not logged in from any address other than the registered one, have not shared account credentials with anyone, are responsible for the security of their account, and have complied with these rules on any game character used for delivery.

4.

  1. To create an In-Game Service listing on the Niecegames platform, the Seller must be registered with a valid and verified mobile phone number and hold Verified Member status.
  2. After a Buyer places an order, the Seller is obligated to deliver the relevant in-game item (skin, item, etc.) to the Buyer via Steam trade. If the trade offer is withdrawn before the expiration of Steam’s 7-day trade protection period, the Buyer may file a claim under Niecegames Buyer Protection.
  3. Following completion of the trade, the Buyer’s payment shall remain blocked in the Niecegames Secure Pool during Steam’s 7-day Trade Protection Period. If the item is not reclaimed during this period, the sale amount will automatically be transferred to the Seller’s Niecegames Wallet account on the day following the 7th day.
  4. The Seller agrees not to withdraw or alter the delivered item until Steam’s 7-day Trade Protection Period has ended. Violations may result in account restrictions or termination in accordance with Niecegames Seller Policies.
  5. The Seller’s obligations under this clause end once the trade is completed successfully and the delivered item has passed the 7-day protection period under Steam policies.

5.

The Seller may not modify the price, server, or content of a sold listing awaiting delivery. Any errors in price, description, or server selection are solely the Seller’s responsibility. The Seller must deliver the In-Game Service exactly as advertised. Failure to do so may result in an indefinite listing ban.

6.

If the Seller loses possession of an In-Game Service or it is stolen, the listing must be removed before it is sold. Listings sold but unavailable for delivery will be treated as failed deliveries and negatively affect the Seller’s rating. Sellers with low delivery success rates may be permanently removed from the Marketplace.

7.

The Seller agrees to log into the Marketplace at least once every 7 days to confirm that listing information remains current. Failure to do so may result in the listing being removed without notice.

8.

For 30 days following the sale of an In-Game Service, the Seller is directly responsible if the item is determined to be stolen, illegal, reclaimed by game administrators, or causes the Buyer’s account to be banned. The Seller agrees to compensate all resulting damages and acknowledges that personal information provided to the Marketplace may be shared with judicial authorities to expedite legal proceedings.

9.

The Seller agrees that 100% of the proceeds from sold In-Game Services will first be transferred to Marketplace accounts, after which the applicable commission rate (20%, 15%, 12%, or 10%) and EFT transfer fees will be deducted before payment is sent to the Seller’s bank account. The Marketplace reserves the right to modify commission rates without prior notice.

10.

The Seller agrees that funds may be held by the Marketplace for up to 72 hours for security and verification purposes and must immediately provide any requested documentation, including identity documents, proof of residence, landline number, or proof of mobile phone ownership.

11.

The Seller accepts responsibility for all issues related to listed In-Game Services, including unreachable contact information, outdated listings, bans, incorrect server information, incorrect products, inaccurate descriptions, or misleading images. The Marketplace may lower the Seller’s rating, mark listings as unreliable, and prohibit new listings for one month or indefinitely.

12.

The Seller agrees not to log into the system using another user’s account. Any resulting damages shall be the joint responsibility of both parties involved.

13.

Game administrators (GMs) may occasionally perform rollbacks. If an In-Game Service previously sold and paid for is returned to the Seller because of such a rollback, the Seller must return it to the Marketplace. Failure to do so may result in legal action for fraud. The courts of İzmir shall have jurisdiction over such disputes.

14.

The Seller accepts full responsibility if an item deposited in escrow is deleted, identified as duplicated or stolen, affected by a rollback, or if an escrowed character is banned.

15.

The Seller is obligated to reclaim any item deposited in escrow if the Marketplace cannot deliver it to the Buyer. Any damages resulting from failure to reclaim the item are the Seller’s responsibility.

a) Upon request, the Seller must participate in a live video call and display valid identification to verify identity.

b) The Seller agrees not to recover linked Google, Google+, or Gmail accounts through Google support. If such recovery occurs, the Seller shall be liable to pay USD 5,000 in damages.

c) Upon request, the Seller must sign this Agreement with a wet signature and send it to the Marketplace by mail or courier.

d) The Marketplace may request the original proof of residence by post or courier. The Seller is obligated to provide it.

16.

a) The Seller warrants that any Ring offered for sale exactly matches the advertised description. The Buyer has 15 minutes after delivery to inspect it. If discrepancies are reported, all Ring-breaking costs shall be borne by the Seller.

b) The Buyer acknowledges that the history of a purchased Ring may not be known and agrees not to hold the Marketplace liable for any issues arising from it.

17.

When uploading images of In-Game Services, the Marketplace may store them on a different domain or server. The Seller remains fully responsible for the accuracy of such images.

18.

  1. Upon the sale of a CS2 skin listing, the Seller shall be notified via SMS and/or live support. The Seller agrees to complete the Steam trade within the specified delivery period.
  2. Steam’s 7-day Trade Protection Period applies. During this period, payment remains in the Niecegames Secure Pool and is transferred to the Seller’s Wallet after successful completion.
  3. The Marketplace shall not be liable for damages caused by fake SMS messages, fake bots, or deceptive third-party communications. Sellers agree to rely only on official communications through Marketplace live support.

19.

By using the ByRobot escrow system for automatic VGO Skin/Key listing and delivery, the Seller accepts all related conditions. Niecegames is not responsible for bans, account compromises, bugs, or other issues affecting items deposited with ByRobot.

20.

The Seller may not artificially inflate the Steam market value of an item through repeated purchases and sales. Any resulting liability belongs solely to the Seller. The Seller also accepts responsibility for any claims regarding inaccurate valuation after delivery.

BUYER

1.

Once the Buyer receives the In-Game Service, all responsibility transfers to the Buyer. The Marketplace shall not be liable for bans, hacking incidents, deletions, or similar issues.

2.

Upon purchase, the Marketplace will attempt to contact the Seller. The Buyer must wait at least one hour before cancelling or changing the order. Abuse of this process may result in suspension of the Buyer’s membership.

3.

After purchasing an In-Game Service, the Buyer may only request cancellation or refund within the 7-day Niecegames Buyer Protection period. If delivery is successfully completed and no objection is raised within that period:

  • The Buyer’s right to withdraw or cancel expires.
  • The transaction is deemed completed after the 7+1 day protection period.
  • Payment is transferred to the Seller’s Niecegames Wallet account.

To report an issue, the Buyer must use the “Apply for Niecegames Buyer Protection” option on the order details page.

4.

If the In-Game Service is not delivered within the promised 60-minute period, the Buyer must immediately request cancellation before delivery occurs. Once delivery has been completed, cancellation or refund is no longer possible.

5.

The Buyer is responsible for verifying the details of the purchased In-Game Service before completing the transaction. By completing the purchase process, the Buyer waives any objections related to purchasing the wrong item.

6.

The Buyer may receive the In-Game Service through a Marketplace carrier character. The Buyer must not approve delivery until confirming receipt through live support. Once approved, the Buyer may not claim that the item was not received or was different from what was purchased.

7.

The Buyer agrees not to log into the system using another user’s account. Any resulting damages shall be jointly borne by both parties.

8.

In the event of a game rollback, if a previously purchased item is involuntarily returned to the Seller, the Buyer must wait for the Seller to return the item to the Marketplace. The Buyer may not file claims against the Marketplace due to such circumstances. The courts of İzmir shall have jurisdiction over such disputes.

9.

Determining the market value of a skin or item is entirely the Buyer’s responsibility. The Buyer agrees not to hold the Marketplace liable for incorrect valuations and acknowledges that sellers set their own prices.

MARKETPLACE

1.

In any dispute arising from non-compliance with the above conditions, the courts of İzmir shall have jurisdiction on behalf of the Marketplace.

2.

The Marketplace reserves the right to cancel transactions and issue refunds in extraordinary circumstances.

3.

If a product has been listed with an incorrect price, Niecegames reserves the right not to complete the sale or to make changes to the product or any of its components.
