Niecegames® USER AGREEMENT

This agreement contains the rules required for you to benefit from the services available on our website.

BY REGISTERING ON OUR WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, DECLARE, AND UNDERTAKE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE USER AGREEMENT, UNDERSTOOD ITS CONTENT, AND ACCEPTED AND APPROVED ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Parties

This Niecegames® User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “User Agreement”), consisting of this agreement and the documents and annexes referred to herein and forming an integral part of it (Annex-1 Privacy Policy), is concluded between the marketplace operating under the domain name www.Niecegames.com (hereinafter referred to as “Niecegames”) and the User who becomes a member of the Website. This agreement becomes effective at the moment the User approves it electronically for the purpose of becoming a member of the Website.

By registering on the Website, the User acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read the entire User Agreement, fully understood its contents, and approved all of its provisions.

2. Definitions and Contract Terms

User: A natural or legal person who becomes a member of the Website and benefits from the Services offered on the Website under the conditions specified in this agreement.

Website: The website consisting of the domain name https://www.Niecegames.com/tr and all subdomains connected to this domain, where products are offered by Niecegames®.

E-Pin: E-Pin (Electronic Personal Identification Number) is a payment method used in many online games.

BNGPay: A donation/payment system owned by Niecegames®.

Gold Bar: The in-game currency of the Knight Online game.

Item: In-game clothing, equipment, and accessories used in Knight Online.

Skin: In-game cosmetic items used in Steam games.

Key: Steam game activation keys.

Character: Knight Online game characters.

Marketplace: The sales section where Niecegames® buyers and sellers meet and where a wide variety of product categories are available.

Myrobot: A program that operates through a Google extension and enables the automatic approval of your sold skins.

3. Subject Matter and Scope of the Agreement

The subject of this User Agreement is to determine the Services offered on the Website, the conditions for benefiting from these Services, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

The scope of this User Agreement includes this agreement and its annexes, as well as all notices, statements, explanations, and information published by Niecegames® on the Website regarding usage, membership, and Services. By accepting the provisions of this User Agreement, the User also accepts all statements made by Niecegames® concerning the use of the Website, membership, and Services. The User acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will act in accordance with all matters specified in such statements.

4. Membership and Service Usage Conditions

a)

Membership is completed when the person wishing to become a User submits the required identification information through the relevant section of the Website and the registration process is approved by Niecegames®. Until the membership process is completed, no person may acquire the rights and authorities of a User as defined in this agreement.

b)

To become a member of the Website, the applicant must not have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned from membership by Niecegames® pursuant to Article 5.2 of this agreement. Even if persons who have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned by Niecegames® under Article 5.2 complete the registration process, this shall not result in them acquiring membership status on the Website.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. User Rights and Obligations

a) The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that while completing membership procedures, benefiting from the Services provided on the Site, and carrying out any transactions related to the Services on the Site, they will comply with all terms set forth in this User Agreement, the rules specified in relevant sections of the Site, and all applicable legislation, and that they have read, understood, and approved all such terms and rules.

b) The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that, in accordance with mandatory legal provisions or in cases where it is alleged that the rights of other Users or third parties have been violated, Niecegames® shall be authorized to disclose the User’s confidential/private/commercial information to official authorities and rights holders, and that no compensation claim of any kind may be made against Niecegames® for such disclosures.

c) The security, storage, confidentiality, and use of system access tools (such as username, password, etc.) used by Users to benefit from the Services provided by Niecegames® are entirely the responsibility of the Users. Niecegames® shall not be directly or indirectly liable for any damages suffered or that may be suffered by Users and/or third parties due to negligence or fault regarding the security, storage, confidentiality, or use of such access tools.

d) Users accept, declare, and undertake that all information and content provided by them on the Site are accurate and lawful. Niecegames® is not obliged or responsible for verifying the accuracy of information and content submitted, uploaded, modified, or provided by Users through the Site, nor does it guarantee that such information and content are secure, accurate, or lawful. Niecegames® shall not be held liable for any damages arising from inaccurate or erroneous information or content.

e) Users may not transfer, in whole or in part, their rights and obligations under this User Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of Niecegames®.

f) Persons benefiting from the Services provided by Niecegames® and using the Site may only conduct lawful activities on the Site. Users bear full legal and criminal responsibility for every action and transaction carried out on the Site. Each User accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will not reproduce, copy, distribute, process, or otherwise use any images, texts, audio-visual materials, video clips, files, databases, catalogs, or lists available on the Site in a manner that infringes upon the property or personal rights of Niecegames® and/or third parties, nor engage in direct or indirect competition with Niecegames®. Niecegames® shall not be held directly or indirectly liable for any damages suffered or that may be suffered by third parties due to activities carried out by Users in violation of this User Agreement and/or applicable laws. Niecegames® reserves all rights to initiate legal action, complaints, and recourse claims against those acting otherwise.

5.2. Rights and Obligations of Niecegames®

a) Niecegames® reserves the right to modify the Services and content offered on the Site at any time without prior notice.

b) Niecegames® shall not be responsible for typographical errors in product prices displayed on the Site.

c) All product prices on Niecegames® may change instantly. In such cases, the User agrees that transactions shall be carried out based on the price valid at the time of payment and purchase, not the initially displayed price. By accepting this Agreement, the User acknowledges that sudden price changes may occur.

d) Niecegames® may provide links through the Site to websites, portals, files, or content owned and operated by third parties. Such links may be provided solely for reference and convenience purposes and do not constitute any endorsement, representation, or warranty regarding the linked website, operator, or content. Niecegames® assumes no responsibility for portals, websites, files, content, products, or services accessed through such links.

e) Niecegames® does not host viruses, trojans, adware, or similar malicious software on the website www.Niecegames.com.

f) Niecegames® may use User information or membership-related information available on the Site in any manner it deems appropriate for user security, fulfillment of its obligations, and statistical evaluations. Such information may be classified and stored in a database.

g) Niecegames® does not act as a mediator or arbitrator in disputes arising between Users and manufacturers within the scope of the Services provided on the Site.

h) Users and Niecegames® are legally independent parties. No partnership, agency, or employer-employee relationship exists between them. Approval and implementation of this User Agreement shall not create any partnership, agency, or employer-employee relationship.

6. Payments, Withdrawal Requests, and Refunds

1) Payments Made Through Niecegames®

a) Users are obliged to retain documents such as bank receipts and ATM transaction slips after making payments. These documents may be requested when necessary. Niecegames® shall not be responsible for payment-related issues if such documents cannot be provided.

b) Payments are credited to User accounts based on the payment descriptions entered. Niecegames® shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect payment descriptions or payments sent to incorrect addresses.

c) Payments must be credited to the account and reported to us within 3 calendar days. Niecegames® shall not be held responsible for payments that are not confirmed or reported within this period.

d) To ensure transaction security and maintain service quality, Niecegames® may request documents such as identity cards, payment receipts, or invoices even after payment has been completed. This practice is implemented in accordance with applicable laws and Niecegames®’ internal audit policies for transaction verification and account security purposes. If the required documents are not provided, are deemed insufficient, or if any security risk is detected regarding the User account, Niecegames® reserves the right to temporarily suspend, cancel, or refund the transaction.

e) Param, Gpay, and Iyzico are virtual POS payment systems. These payment providers may request additional information and documentation from Users. Niecegames® shall not be responsible for communications or documents exchanged between Users and payment providers. Any fees or deductions imposed by payment service providers or banks are the User’s responsibility.

2) Withdrawal Requests

a) Through Niecegames®, Users may only withdraw earnings generated from SALES (such as skin sales, key sales, and GB sales). Deposited balances, bonuses, and gift cards shall not be considered earnings and may only be used for purchases within the Site.

b) When requesting a withdrawal, Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the account number provided. Niecegames® will process transfers without verifying account number and name matches and shall not be liable for errors arising from incorrect information.

c) Users may only request withdrawals to their own personal bank accounts. Withdrawal requests to accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted.

d) For withdrawals to Ininal cards, compliance with Ininal’s daily and monthly card limits is solely the responsibility of the cardholder. Niecegames® shall not be responsible for funds withdrawn without checking applicable limits.

e) For high-value payments or cash withdrawal requests, Niecegames® may request identification documents such as a national ID card, driver’s license, or passport.

3) Payment Refunds

a) Users may only withdraw SALES earnings. If a purchased product is not delivered by the seller, the User may request a refund. Refunds will be processed only through the same payment method and payment channel originally used.

b) Refund processing times of payment providers and banks are beyond the control of Niecegames®. Refund periods are generally as follows:

  • Bank transfer refunds: 3 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 3–12 business days
  • Debit card refunds: 15 business days
  • Papara refunds: 3 business days

c) Deposited balances are intended solely for purchases and cannot be withdrawn.

d) Mobile payments made through prepaid or postpaid mobile lines are non-refundable. Funds loaded via mobile payment methods may only be used for purchases.

7. Products, Services, and Product Returns

7.1 Knight Online

a) For Gold Bar orders, Niecegames® clearly states that users must not communicate with anyone in-game regarding the transaction. Niecegames® shall not be held responsible if in-game scammers use similar character names (nicknames) to deceive users and cause losses. The sole responsibility belongs to the user.

b) In-game scammers may use nicknames similar to ours and request previously delivered GBs to be returned. If you are deceived by messages claiming promotions, discounts, screenshots, or similar reasons and return the GB, Niecegames® will not compensate for your loss.

c) The delivery period for Knight Online item and character (char) sales is 1 hour. Before this period expires, the Buyer may not request cancellation, refund, or exchange. If such requests are made and deemed abusive by the Marketplace (Niecegames), the Buyer’s membership may be suspended.

d) The Buyer assumes full responsibility from the moment the in-game service is purchased. Niecegames® cannot be held responsible for bans, hacks, rollbacks, or any similar situations.

e) The Seller agrees to keep listings up to date and remove outdated listings. Sellers with three failed deliveries will be prohibited from posting listings for a period determined by Niecegames®.

f) The Seller bears unlimited responsibility for the title, images, comments, and description sections of any item listing they publish. If the correct product is not delivered, the Buyer retains the right to a refund.

g) The Seller bears unlimited responsibility for the title, images, comments, and description sections of any ring listing they publish. If the information in the listing does not match the delivered product, the Seller must either compensate the Buyer for the loss (if accepted by the Buyer) or take back the ring. If the ring is broken, the Seller shall cover the ring cost again. All such procedures shall be conducted under the supervision of Niecegames® to prevent abuse.

h) If the Seller delivers the ring within the 1-hour delivery period, the Buyer may not return it unless the ring is defective. The character nickname shall NEVER constitute a valid reason for return. If the Buyer dislikes the nickname after receiving the ring, they may purchase an NCS and change the character name themselves.

7.2 BNGPay

a) Users of BNGPay, the donation system provided by Niecegames® for streamers, are jointly and severally liable for all provisions of this Agreement.

b) BNGPay streamers shall under no circumstances be considered partners, affiliates, or employees of Niecegames®. Niecegames® shall never be held responsible for streamers’ content, private lives, or personal posts.

c) BNGPay streamers must comply with all warnings and restrictions imposed by their streaming platforms. They are solely responsible for inappropriate content involving violence, terrorism, drugs, or similar matters. The streamer acknowledges and agrees to compensate all damages that Niecegames®, its partners, and employees may suffer as a result of such actions.

d) The BNGPay donation system may not be used for money transfers or commercial purposes. Accounts detected engaging in such activities shall be permanently banned from the site together with any remaining balances. Niecegames® reserves the right to remove your donation link and fee-free status at any time without prior notice.

e) No successfully sent donation that is not suspected of fraud may be deducted from the streamer’s wallet or refunded to the donor. Niecegames® shall not be responsible for damages resulting from donations sent incorrectly, incompletely, or to the wrong recipient.

7.3 Skin Deliveries

a) For CS2, DOTA2, H1Z1, and TF2 skin sales, the delivery period is 1 hour. If the Seller fails to appear within this period, the Buyer may either cancel the transaction or choose to wait for up to 24 hours.

b) It is solely the Buyer’s responsibility to verify the in-game value of a skin and purchase it knowingly. The Buyer may never hold Niecegames® responsible for inaccuracies regarding the market value of a purchased skin. Before purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they are aware of the market value and that the Seller listed the item at a price of their own choosing.

c) If a Seller refuses to deliver a sold listing in order to increase the price, the Seller shall receive a listing restriction for a period determined by Niecegames®. However, if the Seller reported a technical error through live support before the listing was sold, or if there is an unacceptable pricing discrepancy, Niecegames® shall review all records and make a determination.

7.3 MyRobot

a) MyRobot is a program operating through a Google extension that automatically approves the sale of your skins. By agreeing to sell using this extension, you acknowledge and declare that you are SOLELY responsible for all delivery-related transactions. Any losses incurred will not be compensated by Niecegames®.

b) The security of your Steam Web API Key, protection against fake trades, and the security of your personal data are entirely your responsibility. You alone are liable for any losses resulting from inadequate security measures. Niecegames® is under no obligation to provide warnings or training regarding such matters.

c) Any restrictions on your Steam account, lost skins, or other data losses are your sole responsibility. Niecegames® shall not be held liable for such issues. In the event of false accusations or defamatory statements made against Niecegames® or MyRobot regarding these matters, Niecegames® reserves its legal rights.

7.3 Niecegames Buyer Protection System

1. Definition and Purpose

The “Niecegames Buyer Protection” system is a security mechanism designed in compliance with Steam’s 7+1 (seven plus one) day Trade Protection process. The purpose of this system is to regulate payment procedures during the sale of digital gaming products (such as CS2 in-game items) via trade, thereby protecting both buyers and sellers.

2. Protection Process and Operation

2.1. Upon placing an order, the payment amount is deducted from the Buyer’s Niecegames Wallet and transferred to the “Niecegames Secure Pool” system.

2.2. After the Seller successfully delivers the digital product to the Buyer through Steam trade, the payment amount remains in the secure pool throughout Steam’s current 7-day Trade Protection period.

2.3. At the end of the 7+1 day period, once Steam’s trade reversal period is systemically determined to have expired, the payment amount is automatically transferred to the Seller’s Niecegames Wallet.

2.4. The Seller is not required to take any action during this period. The Seller’s sole obligation is to complete the trade and refrain from reversing it through Steam.

3. Buyer Support Process and Right of Application

3.1. If the Buyer encounters any issue during the trade process, they may submit a support request by clicking the “Apply for Niecegames Buyer Protection” button on the relevant order page under “My Orders” and following the system instructions.

3.2. Upon receiving the request, the Niecegames support team will prioritize the review of the transaction. If it is determined that the Seller canceled the trade offer, the pending payment amount shall be refunded to the Buyer’s Niecegames Wallet.

4. Seller Protection

4.1. Buyers may not withdraw payments or request refunds for products that have been successfully delivered by the Seller.

4.2. The Seller’s sales revenue will be automatically transferred on the day following the completion of Steam’s Trade Protection period.

4.3. This process is designed as a 100% guaranteed structure that secures the earnings of all parties.

5. Responsibilities and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Buyer acknowledges that the payment amount will be securely held until product delivery and that refund requests will only be evaluated under conditions determined by the system.

5.2. The Seller is responsible solely for ensuring proper delivery of the product through Steam and for not reversing the trade.

5.3. The Parties agree that this system is intended to enhance trading security and acknowledge that Niecegames® shall not be liable for technical or platform-related delays beyond its reasonable control.

5.4. If the Buyer cancels the trade during the 7-day Trade Protection period after accepting the trade offer and receiving the product, without providing a valid reason, Niecegames® shall be entitled to retain the commission fee for the transaction. In addition, 25% of the product price shall be charged to the Buyer as a seller transaction security cost and transferred to the Seller’s account. After the traded product is returned to the Seller’s account, the Buyer shall receive a refund of the remaining product amount. The same rule applies to transactions where Niecegames® acts as the Seller.

7.4 Marketplace

a) Niecegames® Marketplace is a sales platform with a wide range of product categories used by Buyers and Sellers. Niecegames® shall not be held responsible for disputes between Buyers and Sellers. In the event of a dispute, all transactions will be reviewed, and the party found to have provided misleading information shall bear all damages and be permanently banned.

b) The Seller remains responsible for a completed account sale for a period of 3 months. If the Seller reclaims a transferred account or engages in similar actions, both the Buyer and Niecegames® reserve the right to pursue legal action. Marketplace sales rules are detailed in the Service Purchase and Sale Agreement. By accepting this Agreement, every User is deemed to have accepted all provisions of the Service Purchase and Sale Agreement.

7.4 Product Returns

a) Products facilitated through the site, including E-PINs, GBs, Items, Characters, and similar products that have already been delivered, are non-refundable.

b) If you experience an issue with a purchased code, you must provide a screenshot and your player nickname (ID). A support request will then be submitted to the supplier company, and you will be informed once a response is received. This process may take up to 72 hours.

c) Purchased E-PINs must be used without delay. Niecegames® shall never be responsible for situations where a time-limited E-PIN becomes invalid because the game is no longer active or due to package changes within the game.

d) If products purchased from sellers in the Marketplace section arrive damaged, you must prepare a damage report while the courier is present and take photographs of the package. Without this documentation, no claim can be submitted to the Seller.

e) The delivery period for in-game currency sales in the Marketplace section is 30 minutes. The delivery period for all other Marketplace products is 1 hour.
